As promised, while I have a fundraising campaign open, I will provide monthly statements. I want to thank everyone who has contributed so generously, and we have begun making some progress in our quest for documents. So far, the campaign has raised $2195. I took a payout request with 1-2 donations coming in after the request, and it was processed for $2072.60.
I see that the case has now been dismissed, after both parties agreed. It sucks that DOD won't be paying attorney fees, considering they were beyond the statutory window and it required this lawsuit to get them to produce.
